Free Contract Review Sydney – Option A Purchase

Exclusions to Free Contract Reviews/Peace of Mind Package:

We require 2 business days from receipt of the house or unit Contract to carefully review and advise you on that Contract.

Free Contract Review/Peace of Mind Package exclusions include:

• House properties that are Old System, Qualified and/or Limited Title
• Rural properties
• Vacant land
• Properties that have a Marina Lease or Licence attached to the property
• Properties with a purchase price over $3,000,000.00 due to additional work required in regard to luxury stamp duty.
• Company Title Units – we do not act in Company Title transactions at all
• Off the Plan Home Units
• Strata Units with a Strata Report provided by vendor/Estate agent. WHY, YOU MAY ASK? These Strata Reports are very brief and require us to read hundreds of pages of annexures which is simply not financially viable in a Free Contract Review. NB: We are happy to provide a Free Contract Review where you instruct us to obtain a Strata Report from All Property Conveyancing Enquiries (our preferred provider for over 20 years) who consistently provide clear, comprehensive and detailed Strata Reports for (est) $300 plus GST.

It does not include advice on whether a purchaser is a Foreign Person for the purpose of surcharge stamp duty and surcharge land tax.
