Option A or Option B, which one do you choose?
You are not sure which option to choose, let us provide you with some guidance.
Option A is suited best to the client who is pretty sure they have found the house or unit they want to buy, or it is at least narrowed it down to two (2) properties.
Whereas Option B if for the client who really has just started to look, and is not sure how long the purchase process will take.
Whether it is Option A or B when we undertake a contract review, it includes the following: reading the contract, providing verbal advice by phone or in person, seeking amendments to the contract and providing a Section 66W certificate if required which waives the cooling off period.
